Hi Gems,
This past weekend I launched the website to gemclassjewelz.com! I had been working on this website for a long while now, and I am so excited to share it with the public! I was so nervous during the Live launch, but I think that I did pretty well (for a first-timer). The hardest part about going live is getting the kids somewhere so that I could have some quiet. Shout out to the hubz for keeping them occupied!
Since my ultimate goal is to have a mentorship program that promotes goal getting and dream chasing, how could I do that without reaching for my own goals and dreams first? I realized in order to talk the talk, I gotta walk the walk. It feels so good to be able to accomplish goals and check tasks off the to-do list. Even if I fall flat, I'll still be satisfied with
trying. I'll get back up and start fresh, but the next time I'll be starting with experience!
That's another topic that I think is really important for young women. Not only to go after your dreams, and if you don't make it the first time, THAT'S OKAY! It's completely fine to restart and have a do-over. It's okay not being successful the first go 'round (or even the second or third). So I have made a promise to myself to continue on the journey and continue to chase goals and dreams because I have people watching, ya know?
